While many celebrities and models collapse under this pressure and give up, the Kardashian Sisters have developed an amazing workout routine that is both intriguing and inspiring for their fans. Especially, Khloe Kardashian Workout Routine is just over the top. Also, the fact that Khloe Kardashian regularly snapchats her gym exercise has made her a favorite among the sisters.

In this article, we will take a look at the various Kardashian Workout Routines. Starting with Khloe Kardashian, we can easily observe in her snapchats that she loves workouts and never miss a workout even if she is feeling bad. So, is the case with Kourtney Kardashian. Sometimes, she might feel a little down and might procrastinate, like this one time on her snapchat, but she will get up and complete her workout anyway.

To start, Khloe Kardashian’s trainer is Gunnar Peterson. He has been like a ‘family trainer’ for the Kardashian Clan. Not only has he trained Kris Jenner and Rob Kardashian, but he is widely famous for the amazing transformation of Kim Kardashian and is held in high regard for that. Peterson is also known for training other celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey (for his role in Magic Mike). Peterson is known for giving celebrities a hard time during the workout sessions, so walking into a training session with Peterson is a not everybody’s cup of tea. To this day, Peterson can be spotted in  the Kardashian Workout Routine in their snapchats.

On his official website, Peterson has listed all the Kardashian Workout Routines, which he has used to get the Kardashian sisters their dream bodies.
Peterson Gunnar uses a giant yellow Hummer for Kim’s workout. But you can just as easily use the Ford Focus parked in your driveway. No big deal.

In fact, to see what it is like to be Khloe, one fitness writer, Kelli Acciardo, tried to get her own revenge body and set out on a journey to follow Khloe Kardashian workout routine and diet. Here are her remarks after she followed the routine for two straight weeks.
